1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and phe65 ("phe65", "we", "us", "the Company") governing your access to and use of the phe65 online gaming platform located at phe65.cam and all associated services, applications, and content (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing, registering, depositing funds, or placing any wager on phe65, you conclusively agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the Platform.

2 Eligibility

phe65 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of your account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe stipulated by phe65 may result in suspension of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals until compliance is satisfied.

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on phe65. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device fingerprints, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of funds therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You further agree to promptly update this information whenever it changes. phe65 will not be held liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phe65 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must never share your credentials with any other person. Any instruction received via your account, whether authorised by you or not, will be treated as having been submitted by you. phe65 accepts no responsibility for unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login details.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify phe65 immediately by contacting customer support. phe65 may suspend your account pending investigation, during which time all transactions will be frozen.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Currency

All transactions on phe65 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. Deposits made through GCash, PayMaya, or other supported payment channels are credited to your phe65 account balance in real time, subject to confirmation by the payment processor.

Deposits: All deposits are final and non-refundable once funds are credited to your phe65 account balance. phe65 reserves the right to reverse any deposit that is subsequently identified as fraudulent or in violation of these Terms. You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. phe65 targets withdrawal processing times of 15–30 minutes for verified accounts via GCash and PayMaya; however, processing times may vary based on volume, KYC status, and payment provider conditions. phe65 makes no guarantees as to specific processing timelines and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. phe65 reserves the right to apply transaction limits and may request additional verification documentation for withdrawals that exceed certain thresholds. Withdrawals will not be processed to accounts whose KYC verification is incomplete.

phe65 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any such charges imposed by third parties.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

phe65 offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to their respective terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page and are incorporated herein by reference.

Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.

Bonus Expiry: Bonuses not claimed within the validity period stated in the promotion will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Unclaimed wagering requirements that are not fulfilled within the stated period will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings.

Abuse & Manipulation: phe65 reserves the right to refuse, withhold, or reclaim any bonus where we have reasonable grounds to believe it has been obtained through fraud, collusion, systematic exploitation of bonus terms ("bonus abuse"), or any activity that phe65 determines to be abusive. Accounts found engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended, and all associated bonus funds and winnings will be forfeited.

phe65 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable law. Players are encouraged to review promotion terms before participating.

6 Game Rules & Conduct

Each game available on phe65 is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail in matters of account governance; game-specific rules shall govern gameplay mechanics and payouts.

All games on phe65 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure randomness and fairness. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by any player action other than the choices permitted within the game's rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on phe65 and will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes;

8 Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 10 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PHE65 DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

phe65 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code. You acknowledge that technical failures, maintenance windows, and temporary unavailability may occur. phe65 shall not be liable for any losses arising from such interruptions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, phe65's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to phe65 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to liability.

phe65 shall not be liable under any circumstances for: lost profits, loss of business, loss of data, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

Informal Resolution: In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of phe65, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting phe65 customer support. phe65 will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt.

Formal Proceedings: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within the above timeframe, either party may submit the matter to the appropriate courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. Both parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent phe65 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect phe65's intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.
